"Nusa Kitchen, with three locations in London, was established in 2004 by Patou Sekhon and her son Brand. The idea for the restaurant was inspired by a fond memory of Patou's from her school days in Singapore, where she enjoyed delicious soup at the school tuck shop. Nusa Kitchen offers a variety of Asian-inspired soups, as well as salads, cozy boxes, breakfast options, and desserts.
