"One member of our group ordered the steak, which cost nearly £25. Unfortunately, the quality of the steak was abysmal. It was tough, fatty, and difficult to cut and chew. We were deeply disappointed that he left the restaurant feeling hungry. When we voiced our dissatisfaction, we were offered only one complimentary cup of coffee, which felt like an inadequate gesture given that our total bill was over £150. It will be a while before we consider returning to this establishment."
