"First things first, some have mentioned that finding the restaurant can be somewhat difficult. Had the same issue, so go to St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel by walking up the slope, go to the far right of the frontage of the building, through the arch, then go to the left along the Upper Concourse until you reach the Brasserie. Service was exceptional and not rushed, location was immaculate, and each course was served with a comfortable gap in between each serving. The food arrives as a work of art, albeit the pork belly portion was minuscule and was overshadowed by the charred hispi cabbage on the plate. The Searcys gin cured salmon gravadlax was outstanding, although my favourite course was the pudding Rhubarb Eton Mess. Great selection of Champagnes available, which was not surprising as Searcys famous Champagne Bar is pretty much opposite the front door of the restaurant."
