"I came to your store on the 26th July and purchased food. This was a time were the kitchen was not open for some reason (no signs saying this) Therefore the staff member said they would sort a REFUND. This REFUND was never provided. So much so I had to travel over an hour from Merthyr Tydfil to the Cardiff bay store, pay for parking and go into the store on the 9th June and request my refund which I was rightly owed. I provided them with my reciept and bank statement to show it has not been refunded. They said they will sort it out and will be in my account in three days. From the 9th June I am now over a week after returning to the shop and I still have no REFUND THIS IS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE! Quick enough to take money out of my account but when I request the money back you won’t payout."
