"The customer service and prices at this restaurant are awful. I waited for over 5 minutes to be served, and there were no other customers waiting or behind me. The staff seemed preoccupied with what appeared to be a delivery parcel. When I was finally served, the person behind the counter dropped my cans of beer. I have no intention of returning to this establishment. Coop needs to improve their service. It's shocking that they are still in business."
