"last night for dinner with family. beautiful looking restaurant, ambiente is good. our waiter was very patient and friendly. we enjoyed eating and drinks in any case. chang beer went smoothly like the g ts. we ordered the coconut mushroom suppe that my wife loved, sweet spring rolls that were delicious. the squid was tasteful and the rib were juicy. the chicken fry was not so great. for the net we ordered a vegetable jungle curry that was in order, but I prefer that at giggling squid. the drunken duck but was delicious, and the prawn pad thai was very authentic. our first choice for thai food is giggling squid, but we also enjoyed it here."

"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"As soon a we sat down we were asked had we decided what we wanted to eat. And then it felt like every 30 seconds they asked again. And then when we did choose the food arrived in what seemed like less than a minute. It made us feel like they wanted us to get out quickly even though the restaurant was not full. Was not a pleasant experience even when paying the waiter handed the bill and immediately wanted my card for payment no chance to review it. Sadly I have eaten here many times before but I will not be going back. The service and cost make it no longer enjoyable."

"we have visited the Thai place several times before and always had a wonderful service and great eating and drinking. Previously there was an amazing cocktail menu and the personal was always so friendly and welcoming. at this opportunity we were very disappointed to find that the beverage menu was very reduced only 4 cocktails and 2 of them were not available) . the atmosphere in the restaurant was not the same as we visited before and the 2 employees seemed uninterested. the food was as always, amazing! full of taste and beautifully presented so that we enjoy our meal, but the evening overall was not the one we were <br looking forward . I would still recommend Thai place, since I hope our visit this time was a way out and that when we dine there again, the dinge again, as they always used to <br be ."

"this is a sad parody ofThai food. The morning glory was somewhere between tasteless and bland, nithing like the vivid burst of taste any Thai street food vendor can produce. The dry pork neck was almost but not quite saved by the spicy sauce out of a bottle. The satay sticks were slabs of chicken breast with a dribble of peanut sauce far too dry and nowhere near authentic satay has to be a bit oily and preferably small chunks of thigh fired on charcoal. Thai Square should send its cooks to some backstreet in Phuket (or Som Saa in Brick Lane) to learn taste. it was just too insipid to ever contemplate returning"

"There was some confusion about our reservation when we arrived. After we were seated, a single woman arrived and was seated next to us—she was eating an ice cream cone and continued eating it next to us. It was weird and off-putting. When her entree arrived she ate it with her face down into the bowl, shoveling it into her mouth. Then a couple seated on the other side of us got up and walked out of the restaurant immediately after one of them took one bite of the one entree they had ordered. It was weird behavior. Obviously the restaurant has no control over the strange behavior of its patrons but the experience left me feeling quite unsatisfied. I also witnessed a waitress sneeze onto a menu while she was setting a table and then wipe her nose with her hand. Extremely disturbing, to say the least. The ambiance of the restaurant was terrible. My husband liked his duck entree. My sweet and sour shrimp stir fry was “okay”. The small rectangular-shaped plate was hard too small to contain the food when the rice was added to it. I would not return to this restaurant."

"had the meal from thai orchidee twice; first was a takeaway started tofu pad thai, excellent dish and the noodles were aldente (not overcooked the second time was dinner with my man, he ordered prawn dschungel curry with steam jasmin rice and I had to freeze with basilikum leaves all very tasty with Thai aromes. love everyone, the personal was also efficient!"

"I have visited the Thai square in fulham, south kenignton, but my favourite place is in putney brigde, meal after the sun is down through the rvier is simply stunning. services never disappoint that these young are very friendly and attentive - always, thank you. but the quality of food was really not the same. I dare to say without taste. too salty, my seafood hot dish for 17£ was not enough of everything. it wasn't as good as ever! our bill was up to now about 80-90 for a delicious dinner with the desert and we take quite exactly the same dishes each time. our bill without desert comes to £140. "We booked the pre theatre menu which advised 2 course for £19 provided ordered before 7pm we arrived 630pm they first refused to honour the menu booking despite my e mail confirmation (we booked in Feb and confirmed several times then they finally agreed after ringing head office but gave us a £21 set menu and the guy was pretty rude about it. We did all order a cocktail and paid the £25 tip and gave the table back by 8 pm but left a sour taste to be honest and wouldnt go back to this branch of Thai Sq in Putney again"

"the pictures on google maps led me here and we were not disappointed. we started with the veg spring rolls and maize cake. the early rolls were good, but the maiscakes were the real star. I could eat them all day! we then had the vegan panang curry, lamb curry and bark. everyone was very happy with his meal. I am told that lamb and bark were tender, and my vegan curry was on point. I especially liked the red curry sauce and the choice of the waiter was also very sweet and attentive, so I will definitely be back!"
