"[Jan 2018] Fantastically impressive dinner. Cooking was precise and technical, but yet manage to keep the soul of the dish. Some surprises in taste. Over all a beautiful dinner. [Update Jul 2018] Went back in July and was impressed that the entire menu had changed! Not one repeat dish with a menu of 14 ish dishes! Once again it was an amazingly fun meal. Starting with the menu in a sealed envelope resist the urge to open. Just enjoy the flow. The dishes were tasty and fun. Clean taste, precise execution. Pear and elderflower who would have thought. Plum and duck hearts wonderful! Tomato and sea trout super clean, super technical cooking ... so amazing."
