"This facility lets the Hotel down. We had breakfast after an overnight in the Hotel and were shocked with the appalling standard. On arrival a member of staff met us and took payment for our breakfast before advising us that it was a buffet and we should attempt to find a table ourselves. The only vacant table we eventually found was filthy and had not been cleaned after previous users. The hot buffet was minimal and consisted of baked bean, hash browns, very watery scrambled eggs and bacon. There was a general lack of labelling of what was on offer, particularly fruit juices and coffee."
