"of us had a Main Course before going to the theatre directly opposite perfect location. At the pub (separated from the restaurant) was heaving but the restaurant was empty just us. Chatty and helpful waiter. Food very tasty but the portion sizes seemed odd. Beef Mushroom Pie: big, lots of other stuff, too. Smoked Salmon Fishcake: just a small fishcake on a few bits of spinach underneath with a poached egg and sauce on top. Therefore, the of us with the fishcakes felt short-changed. The glass of red wine was corked but the waiter sorted that out efficiently and knocked something off the bill. Perfect. I'd probably go again though."
