"We enjoyed the bar and the bar staff, but we had a negative experience with the bouncers and the manager. They treated some of their loyal customers poorly. We were inside the bar, bought more drinks, and eventually went to the terrace outside to stay longer. When a friend tried to use the restroom, the bouncers refused to let him in and wanted to charge for entrance. It is absurd that after purchasing drinks, we were denied access to the facilities. The manager did not intervene to protect paying customers from the unprofessional behavior of the bouncers. This lack of service has led us to reconsider our loyalty to this establishment."
