"My partner and I recently celebrated a special event at this venue following our wedding, and I cannot express enough how positively overwhelmed we were by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we stepped in, the staff went above and beyond, showcasing unparalleled kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine dedication to ensuring our celebration was nothing short of perfect. The food and cocktails were delicious, well presented and great value for the number of guests we had (they have a great canapés menu for events). The upstairs room, where our event took place, has a cool ceiling/story and was painted by an artist who lived opposite the pub. You can play your own music it created a great atmosphere for our celebration. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to making every moment enjoyable truly set this place apart. We were already fans of the pub for its cosy and homely atmosphere, which is precisely why we chose it for our celebration. However, after the incredible experience we had, we are beyond excited to become regulars. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our special day even more memorable.
