"We booked this for my birthday dinner and could not fault it. From when we arrived and throughout the night the staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for you, especially OJ. The food was excellent and very tasty and very well presented. We also enjoyed the huge range of cocktails available and entertainment. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and would definitely recommend and will be going back shorty. Also, as it was my birthday, they presented me with a birthday dessert plate, was very spoilt, thank you. Whether going for just a drink or a meal this is the place to go."

"First, the staff was wonderful. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent; I had the Mediterranean salad, and it had such a fantastic combination of ingredients that I'm already eager to return for it. My friends tried the shrimp tacos, and they loved those as well. However, the beer selection could use some improvement; while there's something for everyone, it could be more extensive. The main issue, though, is that the atmosphere wasn't very social for what is meant to be a social club. It felt quite empty, as there were only two other groups in the restaurant during our visit. It was a Wednesday night, but the lack of liveliness was a bit disappointing. I'm hopeful that word gets out about this place, as it really has the potential to become a great bar/restaurant."

"my wife and I went here to eat a quick bite and were initially optimistic. the reviews were mostly good and the staff was friendly. we ordered the baked rice, a hand roll and a drachen roll. the meat in the fried rice. was much over boiled so that it was dry, hard and tasteless. there was no sweetness in the rice (never the picture on the menu) and the spicy tasted as if it were just soy sauce. the handrolle was bland, and the drachenrolle tasted as if it was over a week ago. we were still hungry, but decided that we would rather be hungry than ordering anything else. judging by eating alone, I would rate this place a star, but the personal was friendly and the service was fast. the notizblock papers with customer drawings about the walls give him a funny feeling, so there are definitiw potential. but eating was sad only bad."

"Wow. I have eaten at 30+ Thai restaurants in the UK and this is now my absolute favourite. My husband and I lived in Bangkok for a number of years, so finding “authentic” Thai food is a way to stay connected to that time in our life. Not only is the food outstanding, but the owners are true restaurateurs. They glide around that place, giving everyone little bits of personal attention, which makes the whole experience perfect. It is no wonder they ask you to book weeks in advance. Star highlights for me after our first visit: Moo grawbp crispy pork with the most delicious sweet/sour dip. Pad see eew they actually use fresh wide rice noodles (no pad Thai rice sticks or mama noodles in sight). They also managed when it was busy, to cook a “Thai egg” (Kai daow) to go on top. On a weekend they even do Kanom Thuay which are delicious little bowls of coconutty pandaan goodness. I feel so lucky to live within driving distance of ZenThai. Cannot wait to go back. Side note the loos are pristine which always makes me feel happy. "fantastic meal tonight. beautiful staff. great service even better eating. as novizen we had the set a menu. the hunch for the satay is just melted in mouth, the sauce was not exaggerated. thai green curry was nothing like I had before! the aromen were great, quite strong Star-Anis-Aroma, which usually doesn't like, but it doesn't mind. pork sir fried veg were just as good! nice, without getting at price byob, although I would not have thanked since eating was good."

"The pad thai at this Thai restaurant is fantastic, I would give it a 10/10. Our table tried a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The shrimp was large and tasty, the best I've ever had. Other reviews mentioning the incredible seafood are completely accurate! The starters, including homemade garlic toast and fish cakes, were also amazing. We visited during lunchtime and the place was a bit cold, but the host was very friendly and accommodating and provided a heater. There was a strong bleach smell, but the restaurant was very clean so I don't think it's a major issue. When it came time to pay the bill, drinks and food were separated. The decor is beautiful and the owners and staff are very friendly. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place."

"There are excellent Asian restaurants all around the Lakenheath area. This is not one of those places. As the only guests in the building it took the waitress 10 minutes to even take our drink orders. For only 5 people they forgot an appetizer, 2 meals, and a side. The upstairs is inhabited my rhinos, and it sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse on us for an hour straight. The prices are outrageous and the food quality is terrible. Prepare to pay £8+ for pre-frozen meals and an additional £4 to get boiled rice with that. This place is absolutely awful. Just avoid."

"Before heading to Alnwick, we checked out some reviews of a restaurant that sounded fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently only offering takeout, so we did not dine in. However, the food was truly outstanding. I have never tasted Thai cuisine that was so fresh before. It was my 50th birthday, and this meal honestly made my day. We ordered takeout and it was a memorable meal that we will never forget. To anyone living in or near Alnwick, if you are looking for fresh, exceptionally authentic Thai food that is bursting with flavor and will have you saying "nom..nom..nom" out loud with every bite, then this is the place for you."
