The adult meal I ordered, which consisted of tasteless soup and a cheese sandwich on stale white bread with a small amount of lettuce, cost £11, which I found outrageous. The total bill came to £60.50, and when I complained to the staff about the disappointing meals, I was only offered a £5 discount, the price of the soup. The manageress did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. I usually don't complain when dining out, but in this case, I felt that the lunch options and prices at this otherwise beautiful hotel were a letdown."
