"This pub is absolutely stunning. They have 10 authentic ales on tap and also offer food. The outdoor seating is beautiful and inviting. They have specials on Tuesdays and serve breakfast from 10-11:30. The pub supposedly home to two ghosts, adding to its charm. The staff is kind and welcoming."

"One of the best Greek restaunts that i went in UK. I was on seminar for a couple of days and I went both days for dinner. Staff is really kind and helpfull. The food exceptionally good I highly recommend 'Kleftiko ' for meat eaters which is a traditional greek plate that has no difference if you taste in Greece or at Zorbas restaurant (Coventry)"

"Had a lovely evening meal at The Boat House. Food was delicious and well presented. I did have few minor issues: Camembert sharing starter would have been nice to have a small plate each. Also could have done with a fresh napkin with each course. I had ribs so really needed one but used bathroom instead. I did get chance to ask for a fresh one when dessert arrived but wasn’t quick enough for mains. The cheesecake was delicious but the brownie had a slight burnt taste which I did tell the waitress. All in all had a lovely evening with good tasting food. Ps the coleslaw with the ribs was amazing"

"On April 6th, 2023, I walked into The Castle Arms Old Town at about 4:25 PM. I’d give it a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. The menu looks appealing, and the prices are fair. They serve local dishes, which definitely piqued my interest. I’m eager to explore more of what they have on offer."

"Popped in for breakfast early doors. A nice café with parking outside and an extensive menu to choose from. It was clean and tidy. The service was excellent, pleasant and came with a smile. The food was plentiful, well cooked as well as being at a reasonable price. Free tea top ups with a numbered breakfast always a bonus. The tea was good too. All in all a wonderful start to the day."

"Adorable little place in the heart of Durham. Located at the top of a winding staircase, this place is fabulous. Light fluffy waffles are the star here. Cooked to perfection, the come with all sorts of toppings. Cute names for the different waffles. Service was excellent. If you like waffles, this is a must!!!"
