"I arrived at the restaurant at 11:45 and ordered a meal that was served promptly. But that's not the end of the story. When I returned to my car, I realized I had left my phone behind. I called the restaurant after closing hours and they found my iPhone 12 and returned it to me the next day at 2:38 pm without charging me. "I went for a business lunch, and although I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, I would be hard pressed to say it was an excellent one the portion sizes were a little hit and miss (very large side orders, but the starters felt a little small), and the service was not top notch. Being an Italian restaurant, I would have expected the waitress to know what a Negroni was, but that aside, things like the water not being left on the table and them forgetting to bring sides with the main course and needing to be reminded let the service down. It was not overly busy on the day we went, so there is room for improvement. There was nothing wrong with the food when it did arrive. Still, we didn't order anything out of the ordinary and having been to a few Italian restaurants recently, Bella Cosa, unfortunately, didn't figure high up on the places visited, which is a shame. Maybe it was an off day but overall as I say, although not a bad experience I couldn't say it was a great one."

"After waiting over 2 hours for our food, we were disappointed to be greeted with a greasy and sloppy box of food. When we called for an update, we were met with a rude and incoherent response, indicating that the person may have been intoxicated. We will not be dining at this restaurant again. Good luck to them if the Health and Safety Executive comes for an inspection."

"The service at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. I was extremely grateful, and the dish he made was the best I've ever had. The rest of the food was also delicious. I would recommend this place in any case."

"I had the most amazing chicken masala here recently. I didn't even know this place existed. I had a business meeting in the restaurant and I am very impressed with the food. definitiw one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. they were looking forward to going back there, they also had a nice pinot grigio I forgot to get the name. the person with whom I had pasta and was also very impressed by their meal. as they can see from the photos, it was also beautifully presented."

"This restaurant is very convenient for me because they serve food during early hours when I am most hungry and eager to eat. However, once the hunger subsides, I realize that the food is not very good. The chicken pieces have an unpleasant taste and are often undercooked. The masala fish pack is decent, but only if it is freshly made. The fries are oily and sometimes cold, so I usually discard them. The pizzas are mediocre, neither good nor bad, but I suppose I can't be too picky considering limited options in Perry Barr in the morning."

"I live two blocks on the road so that this place is convenient for me. Usually they take about twenty minutes, but sometimes more, depending on the time. lately the chips were in the last two weeks on the standard of burger king. but before that the chips were very bad; for example very soggy. I hope they keep the standard of their chips they have now. my usual commands were variations of kebab (never thunder in pitta brot) because they tend to taste the best and they are healthy. I am a chess player and go for a national master title (i.e. semi-pro), so I decide for a healthier option. I hope the shop keeps a high standard!"
