"The wrap itself was soft on top and generously topped with melted cheese, but beneath it was rock hard—not crispy, but tough, as if it had been microwaved first. That part was inedible. The saving grace came from the pots of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, which added flavor to the meal; otherwise, it would have been a 2 out of 10. Even the tortilla chips were the cheapest available. The side of chips was quite nice, though.
My friend's meal included half ribs and chicken wings, but they initially messed up the order and had to send back the first batch. She said it was just okay, but considering the price, the quality of the meat was lacking. I tried a wing and found it overcooked and somewhat tough, with the piri piri sauce being too spicy—buffalo sauce would have been a better fit.
The whole experience could have been significantly improved with a bit more care, better ingredients, or a chef who was either more attentive or had a better grasp of Mexican cuisine. Having worked in catering for much of my career, I'm a bit of a tough critic, and honestly, I wouldn't choose to eat here again. On a positive note, the server was very pleasant and professional. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement!"
