"Ordered over the phone, when I arrived they had lost my order so had to wait for it to be cooked while 9 people came and got their orders, 2 of which were wrong ie had items missing etc. I should have headed this warning and checked mine as when I got home I had something missing. On phoning I was told I hadn't been charged for this but looking at the menu and adding it up I had been. I don't know what's going on here but this is my local takeaway and is usually fine, different staff tonight so that could be why. I'm going to try elsewhere from now on this really got me annoyed and didn't taste that great either!"
