"We took our grandchildren to Burger King on the Wyvern, Derby for lunch at their request, first time for us. Thought the food was bog standard, bottled water £8 for four bottles. If you go there, please be aware, on Saturdays, you are only allowed to park for one hour, not two that everywhere else on the Wyvern has. If the screen had been on the counter to log our car registration number we would have used it. We inadvertently overstayed our welcome by 12 minutes, parking ticket arrived in the post for £100, £60 if paid quickly. The restaurant asked if we were eating in but didn’t tell us to register the car reg number. Surely they should have a duty of care towards their customers? Will not be frequenting this establishment again."

"I have ordered from this restaurant three times recently, and each time has been disappointing. It seems like the issue lies with the restaurant itself and not the delivery apps or drivers, unless I have just been incredibly unlucky. The first time my order arrived late and cold, the second time items were missing (although I was refunded by the delivery app, that is not the main issue). I tried to contact the restaurant, but the phone numbers on the official website were incorrect and disconnected, so I had no way of reaching them. The third time, my order was once again late and cold. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options on the menu, but the service is truly dreadful. Unfortunately, there are no alternative Burger King locations in Colchester besides this one."
