"I have been to this restaurant twice for meals and was not disappointed. I visited last week and tried some dishes from the Tattu tasting menu, which included three courses for £28. The selection on the menu was great and the food was just as good as what I had when I tried the regular menu. The service was attentive and excellent. I highly recommend trying the cherry blossom dessert, which includes sweetness, chocolate, and cherry - it was delicious."

"a very nice culinary experience. the first thing they notice is the beautiful interieur, but tattu has much more than that it offers a very beautiful and holistic culinary experience. Eating is perhaps best explained as western interpretation of traditional Chinese foods. that does not make it worse, in the opposite it is excellent. from good ingredients, well balanced taste and easy to find a good menu. I tried the modern Sharing menu, which is a very large meal together. there are also many beautiful drinks on the menu. the real cherry on the cake is the service that the staff is excellent, very professional and very friendly. highly recommended and will come back sometime!"

"I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed I wanted to spare other vegans the same experience. I was asked if I had any dietary requirements and I said I was vegan. They brought my mushroom spring rolls out with a sour cream dip which wasn't vegan. The waiter said he could make the Singapore noodles vegan too, but when it arrived it had an egg in it The Tofu hotpot was very tasty and the vegan chick'n and black bean was too but not worth the cost. Very expensive!! There is a DJ playing music that is so loud you can barely hear the people at your own table. The cherry blossom trees are over the top too the waiter made a point of telling us all about them as soon as we sat down. Individual petals made from silk you picked the wrong customer to impress with that story I'm afraid. A VEGAN!"

"when I arrived, the service was very attentive, but then the waitress did not come back to take our order for over 15 minutes, so I had to go into the bar to ask for our order. once ordered, eating came quite fast. I had the herbal thai curry with chicken. the curry itself was pretty good, but the huh was very hard. I let the waitress know and gave a discount as an apology so that was excellent. my friend had the fish cake, but it had very little meeresfruit in it. it wasn't busy when I arrived, but it was more busy at 130 o'clock. it was not loud in there so easy to conduct a conversation so that was great. clean and very nice toilets."

"Cons: There were a few instances during food service where the bar was unattended, leaving guests waiting for drinks while food was being served or barrels were being changed. I had to use my phone for music, which would have been fine if I had known in advance so I could have prepared playlists to avoid guests taking over the music selection. At the end of the night, some employees felt the closing was rushed, and I would have expected a better gin selection for a place called the Gin Parlour (only two options available). Despite these issues, they can be easily addressed, and I would definitely book this place again for a business networking event. Florencia is a valuable asset to this pub."

"book here for a party of 6 for the Chinese silvesternacht after they do not make the booking for another restaurant due to this busy night. we ordered the peking duck and all the dishes for a happy and wealthy years like fish, noodles and dumplings. the dimming cum dishes came first char sui bungalow and xiao long bao were standard and tasted quite well. there were no spoons tho for the xiao long bao that made it a little harder less traditional. our dishes came next to the damped sea bass was delicious, the bones were taken out (except the side fins that made it easy to eat (but less fun, as I like to flipping the fish when a side is done) the Ho fun (rice nudel with rührei had a bit of everything in it huh, pork, garnel, tinted fish. we also have the plate of chinese broccoli (gai lan with garlic) (they must order a vege in a Chinese restaurant and this has proven to be one of my favorite food of the night. very fragrant and crisp. we also ordered Mongolian king prawn, that was a little disappointing, and actually felt like the sweet sour king prawn court (or perhaps the order mixed. . I also felt really like peking disappointing for old, so was happy to finally get some. I was a bit confused about the difference between peking duck and crispy aromatic duck both on their menu when I checked it at picking up the restaurant. it has been shown that it is a British ding (the population in Britain and the last escape is finished with a deep step, that is the cripple, and apparently it is a bit dry. we have two steam basket of pancakes for our peking duck not sure whether it is because we have asked enough pancake haha. I'm more used to having 2 courses when I pee, but they're not doing this here. we ordered a whole and we also got the usual plum sauce and gurken garlic shoot to go with it. Although we were given only 2 hours of eating time, we were eating pretty fast and finished after only 1.5 hours. they do not desserts, but gave us a lazy lucky cookie that was entertaining as we were in bed after reading each of our gap out loud! everything in all was a pretty good meal and service good (for a Chinese restaurant. we sat in the back room of the restaurant and the atmosphere was good, beautiful bright white walls and table clothes, and maybe not as crowded as the front. but it has a bit loud, because it is all great tables in the back room. some portions of eating felt not very, but overall we went full and happy for only £15 per person. the online booking was simple and (especially given the busy night they called me on the day to confirm our booking."

"Small restaurant close to our hotel...we were a bit concerned we might be the only diners having walked past a couple of times during the couple of days we were in London. However it filled up over the time we were dining the food was just lovely, as were the staff. One tip...I would request a table away from the door, as there were frequent takeaway delivery drivers at the door for collections, so given the freezing temperatures outside there was a distinct coolness. As its a galley style restaurant, all the tables are in a row along one wall, so request towards the back of the restaurant if its cold outside!"

"The slim dining room is dimly lit, mostly by candles that adorn the ornate tables dressed with thick black and gold decorative cloth. The heavy wooden chairs have a regal feel that serves to heighten the notion of tranquillity just yards from the main row of shops that are central to Moseley Village. We start with chicken satay, a dish too often relegated to the Just Eat default starter. Thick chunks of thigh meat, marinated and impaled on three skewers, full of flavour and gentle aromatics that seamlessly blend with a satay sauce, rich with peanut and coconut milk. By comparison it made the duck roll seem average, which it wasn't. The roll, deep fried to a crisp, holding tender pieces of meat and the occasional shard of crispy skin. It needed the sharp side salad to offset the deep funk of the bbq sauce which was to be a close relation to hoisin. We chose the same birds for main course, because we are ill prepared and hungry. A red curry is a joyous thing full that successfully balances out the sweet and the sour, the heat and the salty. There is the background of kaffir lime and pungent notes of fish sauce. It speaks of the work of an experienced hand in the kitchen. The duck inside is well cooked, though it plays second fiddle to the sauce which dances around it. Pad Pik Khing has more of the chicken thigh meat with krachai and green beans. Its sauce is all acidity and unadulterated heat a good thing; no, a great thing which has little care for the western taste buds. We both mop up the last of the sauces with sticky rice that is the right side of claggy. We opt to take liquid desserts in the pub around the corner, pay the bill and leave for the last of the evenings sun. Whilst putting the world to rights over a pint or three, we agree that Sabai Sabai exceeded expectations for the both of us. Its bold and authentic Thai food has been refined just enough to justify a price which sits just above similar restaurants. Regardless of whether or not you are familiar with the cuisine, I urge you to give it a go. Just do it sober. Food this good needs to be remembered"

"We only went here by chance as we wanted to find somewhere to eat near Euston. I'm so glad we did. The place looks nothing from outside, and you would have to look to find it. We were hungry and ordered aubergines/seafood, beef/spicy peppers and garlic pak choi all with rice. The first dish arrived within about 5 or 10 minutes straight from the wok and snarling hot. The rest of the food followed soon after. It was all delicious. We come from Manchester, where we have good oriental restaurants. However, I am going to try and arrange another London trip just so that we can go here. Loved it."

"We were well received and immediately taken to our table by a highly professional and personable server who looked after us very well throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble and we had some great laughs with him too. We ordered a variety of starters for two people and added a couple of extras on just to try them. The food was exceptional and plentiful, no complaints whatsoever. The cocktails are good, well priced and the wine list is sensible with a good choice. This place has a great vibe and everyone in the restaurant was having a good time, and importantly the staff were happy and all constantly making sure things were kept in top condition. "I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sabai Sabai in Harborne, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. But of course, the real star of the show was the food. I tried several different dishes, but the one that really stood out to me was the Seabass in Garlic and Pepper. This dish was an absolute masterpiece the fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy flesh inside, and the garlic and pepper seasoning was absolutely divine. It was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had the pleasure of eating, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sabai Sabai. But the Seabass in Garlic and Pepper was just one of many highlights on the menu at Sabai Sabai. Every dish I tried was full of bold, vibrant flavors and fresh, high quality ingredients. The chefs clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows in every bite. Overall, I would give Sabai Sabai a five star rating without hesitation.
