"The service, quality of food and general handling was appalling. Service was and remained disgraceful from beginning to end. I must also add that the food served was poor, in my case largely cold and inedible and the wine list a tour of mediocrity, at best. I am very disappointed in the dismissive and high handed way they decided to deal with this. It is completely at odds with what I’d expect from the prices charged and the claims made on the website. Having reviewed the bill again I can see that, despite my instructions to the contrary, a service charge was levied a service charge."
