"Wasn't super into the food the first time I visited in 2019 (alcohol was involved lol) but I visited again in September and it was much better. Restaurant was clean, there's proper seating upstairs, highchairs are available and the staff were pleasant. Food was cheap and we enjoyed it. Restaurant isn't fully accessible though there's no lift to upstairs seating and downstairs tables are for standing guests."

"I've been here a few times, and the food is good and arrives at a prompt time. HOWEVER, i have arrived home and realised items are missing. At that point, you can't do anything. You need to identify it immediately. The food is good, but the staff don't acknowledge anyone, so i can't rate them, not even a hello when its empty. The only speech they have with the public is shouting order numbers, and please, just check your bag so that you have all the items. Paying £9 for something, then getting home and realising it's gone is too late. Overall, good food, sketchy service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"We visited the Taco Bell restaurant In Talbot green after hearing about it from friends. There was only 4 members of staff working rushed off their feet, the restaurant was disappointingly dirty and the tables were full of food and grease from previous guests and the floor was also full of food. We had to ask a member of staff to tidy it which he did with blue roll and spray to clean the tables. The bins were over flowing and rubbish was all over the unit the bin was situated in. The food was also not great hardly no filling in the tacos, everything was overly smothered in seasoning, although the burrito was nice and had plenty of filling. The meet was missing from the meat quesadilla and nachos were just crisps in a bag, Very disappointed."

"I ordered a 7 layer Burrito here. Had the following disappointments. 1. It was served not at all warm. I asked them if you prepared it now It shouldn 't be like this at room temperature. Then they heated it and gave me again. Overall this means it was not prepared fresh. 2. It was not so tasty. No black pepper or even 1% any spice. No guacamole(this was mentioned in the ingredients but was nowhere). 3. My and every table were extremely dirty with either food pieces left by people, drops of ketchup,cheese etc and tissues. 4. The food quantity was not good. The so called '7layer burritos) was very light and less in portion. It was not so good experience. There are many food joints near to it. If all are closed then only you think about going here."

"Hmmm what to say.... OK so the food is a type that I love so that gives it a good chance anyway,tho this particular takeout was unusual, front of house service during a relatively slow lunch time 1145, was non existence. When trying to order at the counter, we were then directed from the back of the kitchen to the customer touchpads. (felt like we were shoed away from the counter)and if the human traffic did build up there was know way to prove you had ordered as there was no receipt paper in either machines for prove of purchase. While trying to get some hot sauce/mild sauce, I had to shout to the back of the kitchen to request someone to fill up the condiments. It really felt a little unfriendly/hostile. TIP :work on you customer service and hospitality. -Good takeout food."
