"They sold us a totally burnt-in-the-bottom pizza, something not healthy and disgusting to eat. They check if pizzas are ready, precisely checking the bottom, so there is no way they did not notice. Instead of doing it again, they preferred to sell it to us. Once contacted, they just replied, “sorry, it shouldn’t have happened”. Did not offer another pizza or any compensation. Really no forward-looking; they lost five loyal customers. It’s probably their standard."
