"We visited here recently for a friend’s birthday celebration. Several of my friends have visited before and given the place rave reviews I can now see why! The menu is half steak and grill house and half Indian/Bangladeshi cuisine, and our party opted for dishes off both sections. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with the right level of spice for those of us (like myself) who liked their food hot and those of us who didn’t! The staff were friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely be visiting again."

"After placing my order I waited 1 hour 10 minutes before ringing to ask where it was. The rude girl on the phone told me the food was leaving now. I asked if there was a reason it had taken so long. The g8rl just said they were busy. I explained usually it's polite to let people know when there is a long wait for food. The girl didn't say anything and as I was talking another girl came on the phone asking what the problem was in a very rude manner. I reiterated what I had just said and all she has to say was well what do you want me to do about it. I asked for my food to be cancelled and I won't be ordering again. 10 minutes later the food arrived at the door. We explained to the delivery driver we didn't want the food. He didn't understand is very well so we paid for the food and said thank you. Our food was just about warm and looked like it had been sat there awhile. I rang back to explain and the girl proceeded to tell me she had looked on the system and it had been 1 hour and 5 minutes since i placed the order when I rang to ask where my food was and not 1 hour 30 minutes. By now I was getting extremely agitated by the way it was being dealt with. I was then placed on hold with no warning. I told the girl once I got off the phone after asking where my food was till the delivery guy turned up it had been nearly an hour and a half. I wasn't prepared to argue with her over the time when I rang to ask why my food was so cold. Really bad customer service, really bad food and I most certainly won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting."

"Best curry house Ive had food from outside of Bradford and Birmingham. MOST DEFINATELY THE TASTIEST CURRIES IN SOUTH KENT. Extensive menu that catered for all of the family. Extremely well balanced spices and flavours which meant that the children were able to enjoy their meals. In fact they cleared their plates and had seconds. They loved the Pineapple Rice and the Coconut Rice, Vegetable Biryani and the vegetable Bhuna. The spicier options had both heat and spice giving a full robust flavour that left you wanting more. Many varieties of naan bread to suit all the family, my particular favourite is the Peshwari Naan, which is delightfully coconuty but not too sweet. Every single dish was delicious, will most definately be ordering again. The delivery was quick and the food was hot. Reasonably priced. The delivery driver was smart in presentation, polite, friendly and efficient. All round a five star experience, thank you!!"

"The food is usually excellent but the delivery service is very poor. The first time I ordered I pre ordered online which provides the option of picking a time for delivery, and after calling and calling it ended up arriving over an hour late they had clearly forgotten my order. The second time it was all perfect, then tonight I pre ordered for the same time and it turned up 2 hours prior. I explained it was due to arrive at 7.45 so sent it away (hadn't put the baby to bed yet! and then eventually it turned up around the time requested but the food was much poorer than usual. It was cold, the potatoes were hard, the chicken dry and the portions were noticeable smaller!? Did I get my original order 2 hours later and they just kept it warm? Who knows? Probably. I hope not. I am more than happy to call at the time of opening and expect my delivery 40 45 mins after ordering like most takeaways, I appreciate a timed delivery is a great service. So if you can't accommodate it, don't advertise it. Really disappointing, for such an expensive meal. Been trying to call all evening, they just let it ring out and when finally got through they hung up mid conversation. Never again."

"The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable considering the portion size and quality of the food. The question had been prompted because at the end of the meal at Red Chilli my credit card had been push-flicked towards me on to the table by the waiter from the plastic holder thing it’s always presented in along with the receipt. "I arranged a meeting and decided to go to a competitor's Indian restaurant, but it was a bit challenging and some of the staff were not very friendly. A friend recommended this place to me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. The menu offered a good selection of dishes for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The portions were quite generous, and in hindsight, I probably should have ordered a smaller mixed grill, but it was Christmas after all. The Indian mixed grill we ordered was excellent and arrived at our table sizzling hot, creating quite a bit of smoke. The portion size was large, with enough food to comfortably feed 4 people with the included naans. The value for money was fantastic. I also tried the lamb saag, which was tender and flavorful. The sauces and dips were served in a nice presentation, rather than being in large squeeze bottles like some other places. They provided paper napkins, not cheap kitchen roll, and offered a take-home option for leftovers. The staff was very friendly, and I look forward to visiting again in the future."
