"Went for a birthday celebration 21st! On arrival at our table at. 8.15 there was a child in a high chair at table next to us. Did not expect this in Park Lane on a Saturday night. The child was playing a hand held toy too luckily they left after 30 mins but made me feel on edge and distracted.
