"Unfortunately I was really disappointed with our experience at Jack Burrito, the level of customer service was very poor, on arrival we weren't taken to our table, just pointed towards the booth at the back... when asked for side plates, we were brought napkins, there was no check back or offer of further drinks once the meal had arrived, which is a shame because my quesadilla was dry and I would really have liked some extra hot sauce, and because we didn't finish our meal, we asked if we would be able to take the rest away, and instead of taking it to the kitchen to be packaged, two boxes were brought to the table for us to pack up ourselves! The food was average at best, large portion sizes, however, the pulled chicken quesadilla was literally dry chicken in a wrap with cheese melted on the top, I just expect more from a restaurant specialising in Mexican food. The side salads need work, just plain lettuce with a splash of balsamic... I suppose we got what we paid for as the meal was fairly inexpensive, however I just expect more, especially as the last time I ate there the menu was much bigger and the service seemed better too! Definitely gone downhill, sadly."
