"Must admit I was a little skeptical when reading others reviews on poor service, etc. but I like to make my own judgement…. and I’m glad these reviews didn’t deter me.. They Accommodated our change in booking time throughout the day. Were very Warm and welcoming on arrival. Even moved us to better table when one became available to better accommodate our pooch. Service was very good and food matched the service. Lovely setting. Will definitely go back."

"It was a very nice experience for my friend's milestone birthday. The staff were very attentive and brought out a little birthday cake too which added to making it a truly nice experience. Loved the art deco, attention to detail and the Molton Brown soap too. I have been too many luxury hotels in London, and the Grand Sheraton stands out. Thank you!"
