"We booked here at last minute. The hotel is beautiful, set in lovely surroundings, with views to die for. Our room, no.1 is big ,and pretty. Everything clean. Very comfortable bed, with good pillows and duvets. We booked into the restaurant for the 5 course taster menu, which was fantastic., with a good bottle of wine. There was 9 people in for dinner we were all served at the same time.Our 2 hosts , explained what each course was ,everytime we were served. It was a wonderful night.. A bit expensive, but it was for our wedding anniversary, so it was worth it. Breakfast was good also ,served in a lovely summer room with fantastic views. Hopefully we will be back. , as Keswick is my favourite place, and we visit many times during the year, from Co.Durham, we're here within 2hrs.
