"It was one of the coldest days and was way too cold to sit by the windows to enjoy the view. Nice looking room though. The food tasted very nice, and the chef agreed to grill us some vegetables as the cold salad buffet wasn't appealing having come in from biting, snow laden winds. I wonder if the kitchen should have anticipated the weather and popped some potatoes in the oven to supplement the cold salad buffet? Unfortunately what drags the whole experience down is the awful service; long waits and forgotten orders. I'm afraid I won't be returning."
