"I had a disappointing experience at this petrol station. The staff was completely unhelpful and only allowed me to buy AdBlue bottles instead of using the pump, simply because I was in a van and not an HGV, even though I've been using AdBlue pumps for the past four years. This was my first and last visit to this station. It's unfortunate that the staff don’t realize that without customers, they wouldn’t have jobs. Just a thought."
