This felt more like an insult than a gesture of apology, especially considering the manager had come out and apologized sincerely. The experience was a frustrating start to what was meant to be a special occasion, with some of my friends even traveling from outside London for the event. Overall, the restaurant did not meet our expectations and left us disappointed."
