"We thought we would have a family treat due to this lock down to have a night from cooking. However when we got our pizzas delivered the dough was a bit on the raw side so I rang them up to complain about it. This was the outcome he came to inspect it and was extremely rude to me saying that it wasn't raw etc and actually banned me just for complaining for the first time in my life. I've never been banned for just raising a concern about the food being under cooked. Extremely disappointing and would never recommend this pizza place to anyone and expect to be banned if you do actually complain. Totally gutted about my experience with the manager who was extremely rude to be honest with you"
