She also muttered what sounded like derogatory remarks under her breath. The supposed knowledge mentioned in other reviews had to be obtained through quick internet searches. When I asked for a specific country or region, I was met with an attitude as if it were an unreasonable request. It seemed like the level of charm, patience, and professionalism varied depending on the appearance of the customer (if they seemed affluent or well-spoken). Additionally, she forgot to properly wrap one of the bottles. Overall, the level of service was inconsistent."
