"Just ordered for a large group to take away from istanbul BBQ blackburn . Food was hot, tasty, well placed in containers and enjoyed by all. Staff were friendly and courteous and we will definitely order from here again. Everything is amazing. Thank you very much. I highly recommended this restaurant. Must try! Happy to see Turkish food in blackburn town Especially the owner was super friendly!"

"I've been ordering from here for years and never had a problem with the service.... Until today when I found a piece of glass in my food I rang the shop and explained what happened at first the were ok and said they would send me out new food to which I decline as had lost my appetite he then started to refused to give me a refund but then said he would after we debated about it for a while. I then received a phone call from the owner who told me to never order from their shop again. I did receive my refund from the owner but i don't think i should of had to argue about it multiple times as its not my fault that a shard of glass was in my food. also there was no apology given which is just bad service."
