"We love small menus. We love smaller shares of high quality at fair prices. We appreciate freshness. You did everything wonderful. Thank you. To the Green Salon we would have a good advice: The beautiful oven does not come to fruit in the dark green of the walls and the ceiling. The beautiful stucco ornaments on the walls go under the green of the room. That's too much green for every eye. The front rooms look very harmonious. On the menus we would like to say that they should be freshly printed daily. The paper should also be a bit stronger, it doesn't have to look like a note. Still: A successful evening and greetings to the magicians in the kitchen."
