"We took 2 grandchildren to lunch. The order was taken fairly quickly but the meal took a very long time to arrive. We waited for about 15 minutes for the table to be cleared after the main course, so we could order dessert. We gave up in the end and got the bill. It was impossible to attract their attention. I had to physically go up to the waitresses who were bunched together behind the bar after spending a great deal of time ignoring the other 3 tables. One woman loudly pleaded for her order to be taken. She also had waited an unreasonable length of time."

"a few days ago, since I and my friend got a student discount. first opinions, once I went, was how attentive and friendly our server was. they really seem to care for customer service, so I don't know why there are many reviews on the contrary. we ordered immediately and food came quite fast, which was good. the food was breathtaking. my God the burger was beautiful the onion rings even more. I could eat these onion rings in buckets that were so good. the drinks were quite expensive to be honest as I don't want to pay £2.30 for water. but I feel that Byron brings a beautiful aura to cambridge and I would be happy back hundreds of times and is recommended to friends and family."

"During my weekend trip to Liverpool, I visited a Byron restaurant for the first time. After a day of shopping, this restaurant caught my eye. The burger and fries were some of the best I've had in a long time, and the onion rings were enormous. "There are not as many Frankie & Benny's locations around these days, at least not near me, so when we visited Cheshire Oaks yesterday, I decided to stop by. They offer a good variety of vegan options, including starters like Garlic pizza bread with or without Vegan Mozzarella, or Vegan BBQ wings. For mains, they have options such as Arrabbiata Pasta, Mac and cheese, a Mediterranean grain salad, a Burger, a Hotdog, and a vegan Pepperoni or Margarita Pizza. I ordered the Smashed Biffs wings stacker burger, as it came with the wings that I wanted to try. I opted for the Hot Lava fries as a side, which were tasty. The burger was delicious, but the wings got a bit lost amongst the other flavors. I also tried the Speculoos Hot Cookie Dough for dessert, which was very enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience at Frankie & Benny's and would recommend trying their vegan options!"

"The food was brilliant, exactly what you'd hope for from wood fired BBQ food that tears seamlessly from the bone. Every item we had from our platter was top notch, I couldn't fault it. Even the sides were great. The portions were plenty as well. We paid £50 for a big sharing platter designed for about 3. They weren't kidding, it was a lot! Well worth the money. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and were happy to give us further details on the food when we asked. The interior was nice too, spacious and comfortable. Although it is quite echoey (and as a result, loud) but I quickly stopped noticing it."
