"My son and I entered because I was wanting to treat him to a pre Christmas dinner. So we saw on the menu a deal for a course dinner. Little did we know that we would be charged for both courses separately despite the deal. So having a read through the menu a turkey dinner seemed rather tempting so we both ordered that. We also asked for coke what we received was watered down dirty dish water that they said was pepsi. The food arrived and it was the equivalent of a care home meal. Frozen veg potato cut in half! Some stringy bland turkey. All floating in bland gravy. Our deserts where mediocre and the portion size was appallingly small. The audacity to charge People for that horrendous meal my son and I then left and got some burgers from the Glasgow market festival which where far more adequate and had flavour. We shall not be returning"

"We had a wonderful experience at an authentic Turkish kebab spot conveniently located close to the city center and new train station. For just under £17, we savored generously sized kebabs with chips and drinks. "Upmarket Burgers! Not a bad thing, in fact a fantastic thing. Fancy a good burger but don't want to break the bank? Here's the place. You won't be looking at a £6 burger and chips but you'll hardly need three courses. My partner and I shared two burgers, a single large fries and a milkshake in order to not be skinned alive on apprentice wages however we were very surprised when we ended up with two full people and a couple chips spare! The food was fantastic and very reasonable portions even considering the price, the shakes may seem pricey however whem it turns up in a glass AND a mixer half full to top it up you can't be mad."

"1st visit here. Searched Google for places near me to order takeaway burger. Placed my order on line and had 17 mins till order was ready for collection so knew I had time to do some grocery shopping while order was being prepared. Got to The Chicken Place and my order wasn't received on their system. Tho my phone showed 3 min left to pick up. This wasn't a problem as the restaurant was empty and placing my order was prompt with me waiting 5 min. Chicken burger had a spicy taste to it and bun was soggy possibly been frozen over the Christmas period. Chicken pops I would rate better than a larger rival chicken franchise. Tasty, good size with 12 in my portion."

"We were at night and were told to wait over 40 minutes because they had some kind of system failure. When we returned and placed our order at the Drive Thru, we were the only customers. The staff lingered as if they didn't want to be there at all. We waited a long time for two Oreo Frappes, which unfortunately weren't Oreo Frappes. "as the end of the amtzeit I told the children that they could have a take, so they chose burger king. we used the drive. I knew what we wanted and I tried to place my order. I can only assume that the person who took up the order was very busy or had a bad day. he was almost running through the intercom and I had no idea what he said when he was talking so fast. we went to collect our order and received drinks, I told the man that it should be excused and accepts his mistake. at this point I thought it would be wise to confirm that we would get mealtime....he confirmed this. returning home we had only portions of chips, the drinks were actually warm and the kids had asked for ketchup in their burgers - neither burger contained ketchup, one contained chili and the other BBQ sauce! because I would at least expect what I had ordered. we will not return!"

"Just been to Oatcakes and Milkshakes for the second time (travelling over half an hour to get there) and it is amazing!!! We had monster shakes, pancakes and oatcakes and couldn’t fault any of them. They look and taste delicious. My daughter suffers with a severe peanut allergy and the staff could not do more to accommodate this. They steamed all the mixers, even the glass they served it in and checked through all the ingredients with us to make sure, putting all of our minds at ease. Thank you oatcakes and milkshakes we will be back again soon!!"

"This excellent hamburger restaurant is located right in the center of Milton Keynes shopping area. I loved the exterior of the restaurant. The waitress was friendly and professional, willing to accommodate any requests we had. The food was delicious, especially my sister's double cheeseburger which came with sweet potato fries (which were tasty) and coleslaw. The kitchen is open, allowing customers to watch the cooks at work. Our food came out quickly, only a 15-minute wait. The restaurant's layout and decor are simple yet attractive. The menu has a wide variety of options, including vegetarian, kids' meals, and gluten-free choices. Parking is available but can be pricey, especially in the red zone. The restaurant is located near the food court and a bank in CMK. Takeout orders are also an option. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"if I could give this place, minus stare I would, ordered the food for the half of the last seven and not nearly twenty to ten. I get his pandemic, but if they can't honor orders, or they're probably very late, so on the website to say its not hard to update their website to say that they eat over two hours before it appears, but then I assume that they don't want that, telephoneed and asked where eating was after the first hour, a murmurmured it soon. I like to eat this, but I will never order here again, perhaps the staff like eating at this time of night, I don't and if they aren't honest enough to just say how long it will be, then I go somewhere."

"We booked a family lunch to get together, we don't live locally but we have hired the tepee a few years ago for a party. We knew the venue would be perfect for a sunny day and it was; However the food really wasn't good , the lamb was tough and many aspects of the two courses we all ordered tasted synthetic (shop bought and not tasty) we all love cauliflower cheese and this just wasn't cheesy?? Ordinarily we are not fussy but this was a Sunday Roast? not good value as we left a great deal. The staff were gracious and the price of one bottle of wine was taken from the bill. Sadly we won't rush back to eat here."
