"On 23.05.2022 I received an unexpected phone call from Lee who introduced himself as a manager at Dulwich Papa Johns . Lee was extremely polite and professional and explained that he had read my review regarding the very poor customer service I had received from another manager on 09.05.2022 and was extremely apologetic about the experience I had suffered regarding the BURNT AND CRISPY PIZZA. I accepted his apology wholeheartedly as he clearly understood my dismay regarding the poor service I had experienced and assured me that if I decided to order again my pizzas would be of the standard that it is expected to be and I would also get this order on the house. On 05.06.2022, I decided to take up the free offer and spoke to Ayoub (I hope the spelling is correct and informed him of the offer I had been given by Lee. He was helpful and reassured me that he would ensure that my pizzas would be of the standard that is expected of Papa Johns. My delivery was on time and handed over by a polite delivery person. When I opened the box that held the double pepperoni pizza with no cheese, I immediately rang Papa Johns. I was unable to speak to Ayoub but left him a message, “Tell Ayoub THANK you very much the PIZZA IS PERFECT.” Both Lee and Ayoub had kept their promise. To be frank the FREE pizza was so much better than the PAID FOR pizza. Just goes to show that ALLERGN SUFFERERS CAN HAVE GREAT PIZZA’S TOO if the time is taken to make sure they are baked perfectly to the right texture and are also delicious to eat. Thanks Lee and Ayoub for great customer service and restoring my faith in you. So, rather than losing a customer you have maintained one so long as the same standard remains. :"

"We arrived for our reservation on time, but ended up waiting at the door for 20 minutes. Eventually, we were seated at our table (3 adults and 1 child) and waited an extended period to place our order. When we tried to order roast dinners (since it was a Sunday), we were informed that they had already sold out by 3pm. We attempted to order off the main menu, but my desired option was also sold out. It was clear that the restaurant staff were overwhelmed and it seemed that there were deficiencies in management, as there was a lack of communication with customers, insufficient staff, and limited food availability."

"Highly recommend. What they’ve created here is truly something special. There isn’t anything else that’s as good as this place for miles. Service friendly and attentive the ladies who tended to us were so lovely and not overbearing but also we weren’t on the look out to catch them either. Food was astounding, we were a table of 5 and each of us were overjoyed with every mouthful. Beautifully presented, good portion sizes and packed full of flavour. Every course was a taste sensation and they should all be collectively so proud of what they produce. The pricing is fair for what’s on offer here and we are already planning our next visit. "The brasserie located within St Pierre Country Club, now known as Morgan's, provided a very casual dining experience. Although we were promptly greeted, the service was slow. The menu options were limited due to the holiday season between Christmas and New Year's. Our party of three ordered Chicken Liver Parfait and Beetroot Carpaccio with goats cheese for starters. Due to a shortage of pistachios, walnuts were offered as a substitute, which caused a minor inconvenience. The starters arrived before our drinks, but this issue was quickly rectified. I found my Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli to be a bit dry, lacking butter or oil. My husband and daughter ordered steak, which was served without sides except for tomatoes and a sauce. However, when fries were mistakenly brought out in excess, we had to send two portions back. Despite the good quality of the steaks, we were disappointed with the dessert selection and the total bill of £147.00, including service charge. Additionally, we observed issues with service at neighboring tables, including incorrect drink orders and delayed meals. Overall, our experience was lackluster compared to other restaurants where we have enjoyed better meals at a lower cost. We are unlikely to return to Morgan's in the future."
