The staff go above and beyond for their customers, making it my go-to place for desserts. I highly recommend their oreo, kinder, and ferror rochas milkshakes. I can always rely on Cookiez for the best desserts. Additionally, they have easy parking, which is always a plus."

"After a disappointing experience with a delivery driver, the management at Tub and Cone really impressed us with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was 9:30 on Mother's Day and we thought we were going to leave without our order. However, after a simple phone call, the manager agreed to cook a fresh batch of food at no additional cost, and even threw in some extra goodies. The food was amazing, with generous portion sizes and friendly employees. We will definitely be choosing Tub and Cone over local alternatives like Caspers or Heavenly Deserts in the future."

"No welcome on arrival, we had to ask three times if someone could take our order. We'd booked for 5.30 to allow time to eat before the Tuesday night football at the Valley. There were only three tables in bar ourselves at this point. It took nearly 1 1/2 hrs to get our mains, all the time the kitchen was prioritising Take Aways for Just Eat customers over restaurant diners. Other people were complaining about the wait around us. When our starters had come and someone came to the table to ask if everything was ok, he'd turned around and walked off before I could compliment him on the starters. They literally didnt give a toss, apart from their friends... To add insult to injury I'd just got up to ask about the wait on the food and a waiter proceeded to put a plate of fried chicken and a bowl of chips on a table in the corner behind us, there was no one sat at the table, until two lads arrived clearly their buddies and sat down to eat when we had been waiting over 45 minutes for our mains. The food arrived, my butter chicken consisted of huge chunks of dried out chicken in yoghurt with some spice mix, my friend's chicken biryani was cold, my peshwari naan was soo sweet as to be inedible. We left after 5 minutes of getting our mains having paid. Safe to say that's a disaster not to be repeated in the same place!"

"We are loyal customers and this cannot happen again to anyone! My pizza got delivered by eastern European looking men I gave them pound as my meal was they passed me straight away a little pre-made bag of and which...when I first looked only had a about p worth of change in I ran out to their little black Renault clio looking car and said I want my change please they then became agressive towards me. I said I would ring the manager they then got a fiver out and Said take this and don't ring the shop I said no as then I wouldn't have paid the correct amount for what I ordered all I wanted was my correct change! They then we're agressive to me again they shouted abuse at me and wheel spun off from outside my house. I have all this on CCTV."

"The restaurant was beautifully decorated, with the main counter/bar area adorned with colorful bottles of various types of alcohol. We used a Groupon voucher to celebrate a birthday, and there was a nice variety of food options available. We ordered 6 delicious pizzas and received fast service. The birthday girl enjoyed a strawberry cheesecake. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Compliments to the chef - we would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends."

"This restaurant serves delicious ice cream and offers many gluten-free options that cater to a variety of tastes. I can't give it 5 stars because I am unsure about cross contamination, but they appeared to be aware of the issue and kept pots separated. It may not be suitable for individuals with severe celiac disease, but it was fine for the two most sensitive members of our family. It was a pleasant experience to walk along the old town walls of Derry while enjoying a generous scoop of their ice cream."
