"Terrible. We were big fans of Morso and always raved about the quality of food and service but todays experience was awful. We booked a table for 7pm for a friends get together and when we arrived we were told twice that the table needed to be free by 9pm. We had our main courses and wanted to order another bottle or wine and the waitress serving us reminded us 4 TIMES that the table needed to be free at 9pm. This was extremely rude and annoying. We spent £325 pounds for a dinner and we were treated so badly. When I booked the table, at no point did they say we only had certain amount of time. We understand you are busy and its a saturday night but there are other ways to treat your customers. The waitress kept reminding us every 15 MINUTES that the table needed to be free at 9PM which completely messed up our dinner. We wont be returning ever again, extremely disappointed service."
