"The restaurant failed to honor our reservation made through the app and initially claimed we didn't have a booking. They only corrected their mistake when I showed them the app. The service was very slow, and it took two and a half hours to receive our main courses. Some dishes were served cold and were sent back. This was possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had. It's disappointing because this restaurant used to be good, but it seems they couldn't handle a busy Friday night during a test match."

"The 3 nan breads we ordered were missing. This is the second time this has happened. I tried to ring the restaurant multiple times but kept being put through to the answerphone. When eventually I did get through I explained the problem, the person I spoke to went to find out what had happened and then after a minute of waiting the call was ended. The food generally was good but was a little cold on arrival and we had to microwave everything."
