"armed. wait over 10 minutes to ask what we want to drink. then waited 10 minutes to drink. then waited for our order. table next to us came after, but still to order and receive food before us. the starter was king prawns and it was the smallest part for the price and tasteless. we waited for over 40 minutes to the main page. in this time the table that came after us had finished eating there and we stayed waiting. not combined to the floor or in kitchens. very disappointed. I ordered a koks for my head and finished my head and koks did not arrive yet and that had to be canceled as I was tired to wait. very poor service. we were over when we were hungry."
"We were shown to our table and drinks were ordered and brought to us. Our order for main course was taken about five minutes later. All good so far. Some 50 minutes later we hadn’t received our food and I ask a member of staff whether we’d been forgotten. Then told that order was being plated up. Food arrived with staff apologies. Lamb roast was nice but veg a little undercooked for our liking as usual at most restaurants it seems. Beef was cooked to be medium-medium rare. Not to everyone’s liking especially the young ones. We ordered desserts and they were very good. The waitress told us at payment that the dessert was complimentary for the inconvenience of the long wait. Fair enough and thank you. Doesn’t take away from the fact we appeared to be forgotten. Not likely to return too soon. Sorry."

"Bar service was great. Food was a terrible disappointment. Part of the food didn’t arrive and when I told a passing waiter that two items were missing, one incomplete item was brought out. My meal was either over cooked (roast vegetables) dry and not quite cooked (roast potatoes and triple cooked chips), or so undercooked that I couldn’t put my knife or fork into (huge chunks of carrot) and so left half of the items on the plate. No follow up was made so we were unable to point out our disappointment and I’d definitely not bother trying to eat here again."
