"Unfortunately, it was a mistake catalog in this restaurant that we arrived and they had 't reserved enough seats for our group so we had to wait for them to reseat to fit us to the table. from the menu they were just one option run out and a single and only eating was an salat. that is unacceptable. we came before Christmas with friends to dinner and we ended with only the possibility to order sandwiches. because there were a limited number of employees (which often were close to texts on their phones or chatting instead of ordering or eating cute sauces. we had to wait a long time until our order is taken, a long time until the food arrives, and we had no other table service except this one. a person in our group received her food after all the others were finished, although we ordered sandwiches and have followed the staff several times. when it arrived, the order was incorrect and missing key content as listed for the article on the menu. As a result, we were told that the sandwich would be removed from the bill, only we found that it was not and we had to make another complain to remove it. despite the above when our bill arrived, we found that a service fee has been added to our bill. I complained and said that we would not pay this in full, taking into account the experience, but there was no excuse. Instead, the waiter laughed and said he understood completely why we don't want to pay it. absolutely inappropriate. when we left, we discovered that the least helpful and rude waitress was actually the manager. they approached us to say we could have visited a free bottle prosecco next. I will not go back, but even if we have done it, they will never fulfill this offer on a wise one. it was pathetic. too little, too late. I will send a complaint to the brewery, which also belongs to this pub shocking. what a embarrassment."

"Just wanted to express my infinite gratitud towards the staff at Core bar. Last Friday I made many mistakes, but it can be summarised at me missbehaving and loosing track of a bag full of expensive assets that I rejected to store in Core's cloackroomWithout any hope of getting it back, this morning (2 days after) I passed by the Core and asked to their manager who to my surprise found it and brought it back to me. The bag and everything inside was intact. It contained expensive, appealing, easy to sell assetsSo I can't really review their vibe, drinks or food quality because I remember little, but what I can absolutely say is that their ethic code and respect for their customers is OUTSTANDING"

"Went here on a Friday evening to start the night. The place quickly filled up with drunk middle-aged men who were rocking out with their ties around their neck and suddenly I felt like I was back at some sort of dodgy regional bar. BUT, before that, it was a fun vibe with good pop music and reasonably priced drinks though it did take quite a while to be served at the bar."

"amber bar is located in the city-spot building near the moorgate railway station. the first thing about this restaurant, which is sure to take their attention when they pass, is its 'happy hours', in which this pub offers them a 50% discount on drinks and plates. but amber is not just about drinks! this place has a large cellar area that has three different sections, one for drinks, another for eating and the last is a dance floor. I've never been in the dance floor, but I'm sure it's gonna be good when the devices are installed. eating here is the regular pub menu like fish chips, burger and pastas. Eating is quite reasonable price and ingredients are fresh so it really tastes good even if they have simple pasta. you can book events here or book a table online through its website. I am sure that they would love this place too, as it is a good snack for eating and drinking."

"Absolutely disaster! Got there table was ready, then asked for menu's to be told no we couldn't have food, although they was advertising food, As we booked with open table not the club itself. After complaining, they allowed us to have food, which was very nice, we all enjoyed. My friend went to the bar for conqtour they had put triple sec in the bottle so it's wasn't the real liquor. Which when complained they gave her a refund. We'd just ate our food, we was asked to leave the table as it was booked out for another party. With in the 2 hours we was there we'd roughly spent between us about £500. I asked for the manager, her Name was Nicola, I showed her the email, which it never stated I only had the table for a few hours, she blamed open table, not putting in they email. She wasn't sorry at all, club was quite she didn't offer us any other tables, absolutely ruined my birthday, that's what we was out for, made us so un welcome towards the end, because we complained. Also the was no draught pumps working they was charging over £5 for a bottle lager, which was half pint. Said the wasn't having them fixed either. The club is absolute joke! I would never return there again. Management is waste time, need to go on customer service course, how to run a business. I'm a Manager in retail, run quite a few stores, if I had treated any customer like this, I would be looking for a new job, so unprofessional, o hope you take my comments on board.
