"When we arrived, the staff could not find our reservation. Luckily, the restaurant was not busy and the manager quickly seated our party of 7. Our waitress was friendly but seemed to be missing during our meal. We had to ask other staff for extra drinks and food. The food was excellent, but we noticed that the portion sizes are getting smaller. It can be quite pricey, but with a discount coupon, it becomes more affordable. The atmosphere was lacking on this visit. Unfortunately, hearing about the financial troubles of the restaurant chain seems to have affected the morale of the staff. It's a shame because we enjoy the food and would be willing to pay the high prices if the service was consistently good."
