"Me and my friends are huge fans of Preto in general. We travelled to the Queensway restaurant as our local branch was recently closed. As much as we love the food, the service and overall experience at Queensway was awful. We had missing side orders, waited an awfully long time for our plates, it was impossible to speak to a waiter as no one ever came over to us, even after finishing our meal, nobody came to clear our plates so we could enjoy a few more drinks (we then decided against the drinks as we felt we were being ignored) we were then told we had to pay the 12.5% service charge even though we had 0 amount of positive service. We won’t be visiting Queensway preto again, we will have to find another branch to dine at next time."
