"Right, let's just iron everything out of why I think Gaucho just sucks right now. Strike 1) I was gonna meet up with my friend inside, the hostress couldn't find my mate's name. I was struggling to sort something out and had to call my mate to help me out. She was not only rude to me, but basically wasn't putting her effort there whatsoever. So that put a damper on first impressions. I dunno what caused her to act this way and I'm sorry that she's in a bad mood, but I cannot accept it from her. Strike 2) So I order my Tria de Ancho as a main alongside my veg. Honestly and truly, it tasted bland. It's like there was no seasoning, passion or love put into the meat. It was an absolute disappointment. Plus, I didn't had the waiter check back to see if it was okay or not. So yeah, a massive letdown from service. Strike 3) I've sent my feedback on the matter directly to Gaucho. I got no replies from them. No apologies, no compensations for the bad meal and service. If that's how Gaucho treats their customers who've made their complaints, I have no reasons whatsoever to return there. Work on your first impression as a host/ress, work on looking after your customers, work on the craft of the meals that was cooked."
