"We ordered two steaks, but one of them was very fatty. When we mentioned this to the staff, they did not offer any complimentary drinks, desserts, or a free meal. The steak was quite expensive considering that only 60% of it was edible. We were asked if we wanted water, to which we said yes. However, we were surprised to see a £4.50 charge for a bottle of water on the bill. We had assumed that the water would be complimentary, as it is in many other restaurants. We don't mind paying for bottled water, but it would have been appreciated if we had been informed beforehand."
