"Visited La Mandela today with my fiance. It was an impromptu visit based on the recommendations of multiple Nigerian students that I have taught. It did not disappoint. This was easily the best food I have experienced in South Wales in the past 5 years. This was incredibly yummy, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Yes, the food has some spice (my nose was running from the Suya) but every dish was more flavour than spice which made it incredible. I generally have an aversion to spice, but at no point did the spice put me of here. Absolutely delicious and cannot wait to return"
