"Horrendously treated by a member of staff/shocking customer service. Doormen did not listen to what really happened and decided to attempt to assault me using excessive force when I decided to leave anyway. Completely Unacceptable. No issue at this venue for over a decade but will not be returning and lodging serious complaint in due course as NOBODY treats me like this and IF they do then will go through the right channels, i.e management and directors. Place has gone seriously downhill anyway so good riddance."

"Visited here Friday night for a friends 50th Birthday. There were 10 of us and we had an amazing time. This place is brilliant if you like to enjoy yourself and join in the fun. The band kept us entertained all night with interactive games dances etc. They were brill (felt like I'd been hit by a bus the next day tho, not used to all that exercise lol) dancing on the benches etc. To top it off drinks prices are quite reasonable, and the waitress service good. We shall definitely be coming here again...can't wait"
