"The ambiance at this restaurant is pleasing. However, we noticed that our orders were taken after another couple that arrived after us, so the service could be more attentive. The breakfast we had was delicious. While the menu didn't mention an option for turkey speck, they were willing to add it to our order or replace it with something else when we asked. They also offer soy milk as an alternative option. One negative aspect to note is the restroom, which definitely needs improvement. There was black mold on the walls, the room was very cold, and we even saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor, with the kitchen located right next to it."

"We ate at this place, while my food was fine and that's me being honest. My brothers lamb chops were burnt almost all showing as black. When he complained, the worker and the manager both tried to justify it and said it's normal. Clearly they...don't know how to cook chops as it clearly wasn't right. We asked them to replace the chops with a burger but they just didn't bothered while giving us the impression of making one. We then asked them to remove the burnt chops off the plate and the manager just threw them in the bin. Had it been fine he would have ate them himself as the place was dead and not even busy. Now when It came to paying for food the manager was dying for every single penny and started messing about with the payment. Lamb chops with fries and salad cost he wanted and then to save him talking jibberish we just agreed upon so he can sleep at night knowing he screwed another customer over. Such attitude only come from greed and arrogance. Customer service is really bad here be warned!"

"Went to the Greenwich Tavern today for lunch. We were given a nice big table, great with 3 kids. Unfortunately it was near the bar food service area, very noisy. The waiter didn’t understand the order for real ale and had go to find out what to put on his pad. We ordered the kids meals to come at the same time as a sharing starter and main courses to follow. All meals arrived at the same time. We explained to the waitress that we had asked for the main course to come after our starter so they took them away and left them sitting in plain view at the end of the bar. When they were served to us they were, unsurprisingly, cold. I pointed this out to the supervisor who said she would change them. The beef had been heated on a griddle and it arrived complete with the stripes!That took 10 minutes to come,by which time the kids were getting a bit fidgety. We were offered a round of drinks which we declined but they didn’t think to take off the round we already had. To rub salt in we had to ask for the service charge to be removed."

"This restaurant is a beautiful, calm, and pristine establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly and the seating is well spread out. The menu is clearly explained and you know exactly what to expect when you order. The ambiance is stylish and they offer quick meals as well as finger foods. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it's a fantastic place and I will definitely be returning."

"I went to this restaurant with my family and ordered multiple pages of burgers and starters. The portions were huge and endless. The food was fresh and delicious, and with the discount, it was great value. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home.
