Their chips are the best around for miles and their battered sausages are a treat too. Also their curry sauce is proper chippy curry sauce! #ifyouknowyouknow"

Despite this setback, I would still give the restaurant 5 stars because my food was delivered quickly and hot. The quality of the food was excellent as always. After 45 minutes had passed, I called to inquire about the status of my delivery and was informed that they had not received my order due to an issue with ordering through the website. I was quite frustrated as I was now left without a meal, and the person I spoke to showed no signs of apology or concern. I suggest that they update their website to advise customers not to order online until the issue is resolved. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor service and communication."
